The Job: The existing CRM/ERP was aging, clunky, and slowing the whole product down.
My Role: Led the ground-up redesign and frontend rewrite, working closely with Product and Design and pairing with Claude, Codex, and Gemini to move faster.
The Payoff: A modernized platform that's easier to extend, faster to use, and built to scale with the company.
